First, select the token you want to buy, as shown below.

Next, select the token that you want to exchange, as shown below.

Next, enter the amount of tokens you want to buy and click on Approve.

The MetaMask pop-up will appear. Click on Confirm to proceed.

Next, click on Confirm

Now just wait for the transaction to complete and you're done!
